1. When do my tickets expire? Tickets are valid for one operating season and expire the last calendar day of the year.
2. Can tickets be replaced if lost? Lost tickets, unfortunately, cannot be replaced.
3. Why do you need my address? An address is required by our credit card verification partner. This protects you from fraud.
4. What is your refund policy? All sales are final. Tickets may not be returned or exchanged after the order is complete.
5. Can I use a discount when purchasing my ticket? Discounts are only in effect when purchasing a ticket on-site. |
